Privacy Notice

Anonymous Media LLC is the controller of the personal data described here. This notice explains what we collect when you visit am-academy.net and when you buy and use AM Academy programs, why we collect it, who processes it for us, and what you can ask us to do with it. Today the program is AM Academy · System One: The Lead Machine (the first system of The Systems Blueprint), referred to in this document as the program or The Systems Blueprint. It works together with our Terms of Use and our Refund Policy.

What we collect

• Your name and email address.
• Your phone number — the checkout requires it.
• Your order and payment status. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
• Your lesson progress and your checkpoint (quiz) attempts.
• Workbook answers you save from the lesson page.
• Sign-in events, and your IP address and browser user-agent, kept for security.
• Support emails you send us and our replies.
• If you use am-academy.net before you buy — the Blueprint audit, the “Ask Gennady” chat or one of our links — see Website visitors and leads.

Website visitors and leads

You can read am-academy.net without telling us who you are. This is what we collect when you do more than read it. The audit form and the chat are protected by Cloudflare’s bot check (Turnstile), and to stop abuse the site counts requests per IP address for up to a day; those counters hold nothing else.

• The Systems Blueprint audit (am-academy.net/blueprint). To show you your result, the form asks for your first name, email address and mobile number, and for your request that we email you the result; a second box, for occasional implementation emails, is optional. When you submit it, it sends us those details, your twelve answers and the campaign codes described below. We keep them in HighLevel as one contact record: your first name, email address and mobile number, your score and your weakest stage, your two consent choices (with a consent record number if you ask for implementation emails), where you came from, the date and time, and the tags that send you the result. We do not keep your individual answers, only the score they add up to. Your mobile number keeps one record per person; giving it here is not consent to texts or calls. The form also has a hidden “website” field that people never see; a submission that fills it in, as spam bots do, is discarded and nothing is stored. If you then go on to checkout from the site, we add a note to the same record that you started checkout, with the same campaign codes.
• The “Ask Gennady” chat. Your messages go to Retell AI, which runs the chat and keeps the conversation; Retell’s model providers process the text to write the replies. With each chat we tell Retell which page you started it on. If you ask for a person, the chat sends a short summary of what you need — with your name, mobile number or email address if you give them — to our HighLevel account, so the team can come back to you.
• Campaign codes. When you arrive through one of our links, we read the campaign tags in the address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), our link code (src), the door label (door) and the page you landed on. They stay in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, and reach us only with the Blueprint audit form and a checkout you start after it. When you follow one of our short links (am-academy.net/r/…), our link service records the click: the link code, the domain of the site you came from and your browser’s user-agent.
• Page and button signals. The site records page views, clicks on its buttons, how far down a page you scroll, which homepage sections come into view and plays of its videos, with the page, the button’s name or the domain of the site that sent you, and your browser’s user-agent. These records carry no name, email address, IP address, cookie or anything you type.

Why. To send the result you ask for, to keep one record per person, to send implementation emails only if you ask for them, to answer your questions in the chat and pass a request for a person to the team, and to see which pages, posts and campaigns bring people to the program.

How long. Blueprint audit records, chat conversations and requests for a person are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about the program, and then deleted on request. Campaign codes in your browser are cleared when you close the tab. Page and button signals are kept as site statistics, not linked to your name or email address.

Why we use it

• To deliver the course and your access to it.
• To process payments and refunds.
• To send you transactional messages about your purchase and your access.
• To provide support when you ask for it.
• To send the Blueprint audit result you ask for, to answer your questions in the website chat, and to pass a request for a person to the team (see Website visitors and leads).
• To prevent fraud and abuse.
• To measure how our advertising performs, and to show our ads to people likely to be interested in them (targeted advertising), with the Meta pixel described under Cookies.
• To comply with the law.

Marketing and SMS

We send marketing messages only if you have given separate consent for them. SMS is used for transactional and access messages only, and only where you have consented to receive it. Reply STOP to any of our text messages to end SMS.

We do not sell your personal data for money. The Meta pixel described under Cookies does share information about your visits to am-academy.net with Meta Platforms, Inc. for advertising measurement and targeted advertising. Some US state privacy laws may treat that as “selling” or “sharing” personal information, or as targeted advertising. You can turn it off: see Do Not Share My Personal Information.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to export it. Email privacy@anonymousmediallc.com. We verify who you are by replying to your account email address, and we answer within 30 days.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies (the session cookie that keeps you signed in, and bot protection), and a first-party ama_optout cookie that remembers it if you turn the Meta pixel off. There are no advertising cookies on learn.am-academy.net.

On am-academy.net Anonymous Media LLC, doing business as AM Academy, also uses the Meta pixel, an advertising script and cookie from Meta Platforms, Inc. This is exactly what it does:

• Where it runs. On every public page of am-academy.net, for every visit (not only visits that come from our ads), except this Privacy Notice (/privacy) and its archived earlier versions, the Terms of Use (/terms) and the Refund Policy (/refund).
• What it records. Each page view; views of our lesson and video content (opening the free Lesson 1 page, and the first play of our homepage video), recorded as “ViewContent”; and clicks on our enroll buttons, recorded as “InitiateCheckout”.
• What Meta receives. The address of the page, after we clean it. The only link parameter we keep is Meta’s own ad-click code (fbclid), present when you arrive from a Meta ad or another link on Facebook or Instagram; every other parameter in the address, including our own tracking codes, is removed before the pixel loads, and so is the part after “#”. We read our tracking codes ourselves first, for our own measurement. fbclid is an identifier that lets Meta connect your visit to that click; we check only its format and pass it on as it arrives. The previous page is sent as our site’s domain only (https://am-academy.net/) when you move between pages of am-academy.net; when you arrive from another website, Meta receives whatever that website lets your browser send, usually its domain only. Meta also receives your IP address and browser and device identifiers (such as the browser user-agent), and the cookies Meta sets or reads (such as its _fbp cookie, and Meta's own cookies if you are signed in to Facebook or Instagram in the same browser).
• What it is used for. Advertising measurement (how our ads perform and what visitors do on this site afterwards), and showing our ads to people likely to be interested in them, including people who have visited this site (targeted advertising). Meta's own use of this information is described in Meta's privacy policy.

Do Not Track

We do not change behaviour on the DNT header; we honor Global Privacy Control as described above.

Age

The course is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Where your data is processed

We are based in the United States and your data is processed there. If you use the course from another country, you consent to that processing in the United States.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice we post the new version here with a new version number and effective date. We email active learners about material changes.
